| 1/2 cup butter, melted | 1 cup whole grain flour |
| 1/2 cup nuts, chopped | |
| Press mixture into an 8" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees fro 10 minutes. | |
| Spread On: | |
| 2 cups apple butter or pear butter. | |
| Mix Together: | |
| 1/2 cup butter, melted | 1 cup whole grain flour |
| 1/4 tsp. baking soda | 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 cup rolled oats | 1/4 cup oat bran |
| Press gently onto apple butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. | |
| HINT: Sugar free baked goods need to be stored in the refrigerator as they tend to spoil more quickly. | |
