SAMPLE RECIPES
CHICKEN ETTIE
Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz. Spaghetti, cooked and drained
3 to 4 cups Chicken, cooked and cubed
1/4 cup Pimento
1/4 cup Green Peppers
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese, grated
2 cans Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, keeping 1 cup cheese for top. Makes 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour.
PINK LEMONADE PIE
Ingredients:
1 Baked Pastry Shell, 8" or 9"
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
14 oz. Eagle Brand Milk
6 oz. Frozen Pink Lemonade, thawed
4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 cup Coconut, tinted pink
Red Food Coloring (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand Milk. Add lemonade and a few drops of red food coloring (if desired). Fold in cool whip. Pour in pastry shell and chill for 4 hours or until set. Garnish with pink coconut. This is also very good with frozen orange juice (thawed) instead of lemonade.
