LIME SALAD
Ingredients:
1 - 3 oz. pkg Lime Jello
1 cup Boiling Water
1 cup Small Marshmallows
1 cup Crushed Pineapple
1 cup Finely Shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup Salad Dressing
1 cup Whipped Cream
Directions:
Add boiling water to jello and marshmallows. Let set till it begins to thicken. Add rest of ingredients and chill till set.
QUICK SKILLET SUPPER
Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp. Fat
3 cups Noodles or Macaroni
3 cups Tomato Juice
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Celery Salt
1/2 cup Water
3 Tbsp. Sugar
Directions:
Brown first three ingredients. Put 3 cups noodles or macaroni over top and pour rest of ingredients over all, taking care to moisten noodles well. Turn heat on low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Also delicious if cheese is added the last few minutes of simmering.
