STRAWBERRY CHIFFON SQUARES
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
1 - 3 oz. pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
3/4 cup boiling Water
1 - 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 - 10 oz. pkg. Frozen Sliced Strawberries in Syrup (thawed)
4 cups Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup Whipping Cream, whipped
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Stir in crumbs and mix well. Pat in baking dish 7 x 11 inches and chill. In a large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add Eagle Brand Milk and strawberries with juice; fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour over crumbs and chill until set.
HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
1 Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Pkg. Noodle
1 pint Sour Cream
1 Can Peas
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown meat and onions in butter. Cook noodles and drain. In a large pan or kettle, combine meat and noodles. Add sour cream, peas, salt and pepper. Heat and serve immediately.
