SAMPLE RECIPES ZUCCHINI BREAD Ingredients: 3 Eggs 1 tsp. Salt 1 cup Cooking Oil 1 tsp. Soda 2 cups White Sugar 3 tsp. Cinnamon 2 cups peeled, shredded, Zucchini 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder 3 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 tsp. chopped, Nuts 3 cups Flour Directions: Beat eggs till foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly but well. Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and nuts. Mix together and divide batter in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. BROCCOLI SALAD Ingredients: 1 bundle Fresh Broccoli, cut up 1 medium Onion, diced 2 cups grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese 6 pieces Bacon, fried and cut up some Cauliflower SAUCE 3/4 cup Sour Cream 1/2 cup Sugar 3/4 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. Salt Directions: Mix sauce ingredients and pour over broccoli mixture. Can be made a day ahead. |
