SAMPLE RECIPES
HONEY DEW KIWI COOLER DRINK
Ingredients:
3 cups Honey dew melon, cubed
2 Kiwi (peel and cube)
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 cup Ice Cubes
2 drops Green Food Coloring (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately. This has a refreshing, creamy melon flavor.
BAKED SQUASH
Ingredients:
1 medium Butternut Squash
3-4 Apples
Cut both of the above into 1" squares and place into a quart baking dish
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
1 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Mace
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 - 60 minutes. Yield: Approx. 8 servings.
