Dry Rub Seasoning Blend
This versatile dry rub spice blend works its magic on beef, pork, chicken and even salmon or other fish. Add it to ground chuck for extra zest in your hamburger patties. The mix contains no salt; sprinkle sea salt or kosher salt along with the rub mixture before cooking to enhance the grilling crust.
Ingredients:
All natural ground herbs and spices including garlic and onion.
Net weight: 1.75 ounces (50 grams).
2 Pound Steak:
Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle 1 teaspoon. rub blend per side. Rub with fingers into meat. Let meat rest 30 minutes or longer, then grill.
k Chops, Pork Tenderloins or Chicken Breasts:
Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon per side. Let meat rest a minimum of 15 minutes, then grill.
Salmon Fillet:
Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle about 1/2-1 teaspoon blend per side. Sprinkle also about 1 tsp. brown sugar, and rub in. May grill immediately.
