| One World ALPHABET Soup Ingredients: Alphabet pasta (durum semolina), carrots, onion, corn, peas, herbs. Additions: 6 C. Chicken Broth 2 C. Cooked and Cut Chicken Cooking Directions: In a 3-4 quart pot bring broth to a simmer. Cut cooked chicken breast into small piece Add contents of soup mix packet and chicken chunks to the broth. Allow soup to simmer 10 minutes covered. Bring to a rolling boil and add alphabet noodles. Lower heat to medium and simmer 10 more minutes. Turn off heat and let cool five more minutes.
